Managed to squeeze an afternoon for a high tea buffet session at Orchard Hotel.

Starters. I really liked the fried yam paste pastry with some meat. 

The nonya laksa beats everything else hands down.

 

Rojak. We went a lil' crazy on the ingredients and ended up with enough to feed a family of 4.

 

Passionfruit sponge cake, yums!

My first time having Crème brulée and it was heavenly.

I think it was like a layer of melted brown sugar at the top and egg custard below.

Friday nights are love!

We had red wine for round 2 before ordering moscato. Everyone had their own experiences to share since we come from different industries despite graduating from Accountancy. Can't wait till we meet again for a good meal and drinking session!
